It is very easy to make and beginner friendly. It’s made from top to bottom, making the straps as separate parts and joining them under the arms. From here you crochet in the round.

Use the color changing Twister yarn alone, in combination with Twister solid or the whole dress in one color. Only your imagination sets the limits.
