ABOUT THE PATTERN

A lovely warm wrist warmer for people who prefer a soft quality and covered wrists that stay warm. The mix of merino wool and alpaca is incredibly soft and comfortable to wear and perfect for structure knitting. The wrist warmers are worked bottom up which provides the opportunity to adjust the length to your preferences. They feature a classic cable pattern as well as a ribbing at top and bottom. The cable pattern is not suitable for beginners, but rather for knitters who have tried structure knitting before.

In the pattern, the following techniques are used: increases, magic loop and Italian bind off. It is possible to knit the wrist warmers without these techniques by using double pointed needles instead of magic loop and binding off ordinarily instead of following the Italian bind off technique. It is important to bind off loosely so that the top edge does not become too tight.
